My roots in education have blossomed into a fulfilling career where I nurture children and families, helping them to navigate the waters of their emotions, behaviors, and the beliefs that steer their lives.

My path has woven through the rich tapestry of Community Mental Health, Non-Profit spheres, and educational environments. While trauma has often been at the core of my practice, I am also seasoned in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the complex dynamics of family relationships, employing a blend of therapeutic styles like Person-Centered Therapy, TF-CBT, CBT, and SFT.

I hold a deep conviction that everyone is crafted with intrinsic worth, carrying a unique story that shapes their past, present, and future.
