“The best way out is always through.”
Whether you are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety or everyday stress, we are all looking at ways to get through the difficulties life throws at us. The goal of therapy is to offer skills, support, and space to explore what that looks like for you.
I have been trained in Trauma-Focused CBT as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy, two of the leading modalities for trauma. I also often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I love seeing when clients are able to take away new skills and perspectives, or even just a chance to feel heard. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and relational issues. I am able to offer individual or family therapy.
I have experience working with and supporting clients from school age children to older adults! I have treated clients with many different backgrounds and beliefs including the LGBTQ+ community. I believe therapy is a space where you can come as you are, wherever you are at in your journey. I look forward to the opportunity to share in that journey!
